📦 When will my pre-order arrive?
Pre-orders for the RIVU Performance Trainer will close on September 30th. Orders are guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. shipping You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your pair is on the way.
⏳ Why pre-order instead of buying right away?
Pre-orders allow us to produce responsibly, reduce waste, and make sure every pair goes directly to the people who want them most. It’s also how we keep RIVU exclusive and community-driven.
👟 What sizes do you offer?
The RIVU Performance Trainer is available in sizes US 4–14 (including half sizes).
📏 How do I know which size to choose?
We recommend ordering your true sneaker size.
🔄 What is your return and exchange policy?
Not the right fit? No worries. We're happy to accept returns on unworn items in their original condition (shoes must be in original box) within 30 days of the ship date. Returns have a $10 shipping label fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
When trying on footwear for the first time, we ask that clean socks be worn. Please make sure to test the footwear on a carpeted surface, so as not to damage the soles. The shoe box must be returned alongside the footwear, in its original condition. Please be sure to place the shoe box inside a shipping box so as to prevent damages during transit.
